Merry Go Round Cake

This is the cake that I made for my baby's first birthday!! The idea was a lot better than it was actually executed...but he was one. He didn't care!!

There are definitely things I would have done differently. But, I think it turned out okay!

Flip Flop Cake

My sister made this cake for her daughters 1st birthday! Yay Zoe!!

This is the perfect summer birthday cake! You could do tons of different stuff with this to make it for a girl or a boy!

She made 2 9x13 cakes and made a pattern to cut the cakes out. Just frost in cute bright colors and she used twizzlers for the straps. I have also seen it done with fondant and it doesn't stay upright as well! I definitely like the twizzler idea! So....



Cute, right!?! Graham cracker crumbs for the sand (much better than my Golden Oreo's attempt at sand :) )
